Majority of traffic lights both on and leading onto the Holland Park Roundabout are not functioning, including pedestrian lights

Reported via mobile in the All out category anonymously at 13:51, Saturday 8 April 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4412017.

Arriving at Shepherd's Bush on the Oxford Tube at close to 1:30pm today (8th April 2023), I found that the majority of traffic lights that I could see on my route between the Oxford Tube stop, opposite the Hilton hotel, to Shepherd's Bush railway station were not functioning. These included lights on Holland Park Roundabout, those on the road leading to and from the A40 on the roundabout, and those leading from the Westfield bus stops onto the roundabout. Pedestrian lights were also not functioning, requiring pedestrians to use the tunnel to cross the road.
