On the South side of the road - button on the puffin crossing is not responding / not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4423231.

As one tries to cross from the South side of Essex road onto the North side, right in front of the Old Queen's Head pub, the button does not respond and the traffic light never turns green. There are a few schools nearby and children crossing dangerously as a result. Would be great if this could be fixed soon.
