Abandoned Lime bike

This is maybe the 10th time in the last couple of months that a Lime bike was left on the walking path. This time it was exactly left on the path that people with wheelchairs or buggies need to use. There should be a fine for this company for not making sure that their users avoid behaving like this. They must take extra precautions before users leave the bikes like that.
