E-tile removal

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4436155.

FMS3703032 reported as closed in July 2022, but no action taken. Information on the bus stop flag is incorrect.

'School services stop here' e-tile requires removal, since the withdrawal of route 605 from Edgware to Burnt Oak in summer last year. Please replace with a blank tile.
