Reported not working
Reported via desktop in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 13:53, Friday 14 April 2023
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4439479.
A resident reported to me the pedestrian crossing at the bottom of Queens Down road crossing from the park to Downs Park Road, the crossing light didn't change when the button was pressed. They waited two rounds. Please let me know if this can be looked into. Best wishes,
Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has been investigated and we can confirm that there is a fault with the pedestrian wait button. We have therefore referred this to our contractors and it will be fixed within 28 days.
