Small cabinet has been uprooted from its base

The small cabinet situated on the footpath close to the pedestrian crossing on Holloway Road by Furlong Street has been uprooted from its base. Tape has been placed around the cabinet to help make it safe/secure. This cabinet does not appear to be related to the traffic signals.
