Not showing the bus stop is closed

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4440595.

Waiting for a bus, i put my hand out for it to stop, it went straight past me, waited for another maybe thinking it didn't just stop, waited for the next one and did the same, driver told me it was closed, however there is no indications that it is closed, which caused me a delay, there needs to be an indication that it is especially those who do not travel through the area consistently.
