Traffic lights all out

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4440734.

They were repaired earlier today, but now not working again at 5.30pm. This seems to be an ongoing issue (weekly) on a very busy/dangerous junction, can I suggest installing temporary lights until the issue is properly rectified
