Traffic lights are not working properly

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4448274.

These traffic lights are pressing the buttons on their own with no people present on the street. Roughly every 30 seconds, the lights beep drawing my attention to the red light that turns green after a few seconds. There is no one on the street so no one could be pressing the button.
