Noisy/loose manhole

The manhole outside my flat has come loose again. It's clanging every time a vehicle goes over it. And it's been waking me (& my partner) up every night. Any chance this can be fixed asap please?

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair.
