Trees overgrrown and are blocking the streetlights so makes dark alley much worse at night

Trees have not been cut for years and need cutting back. Between the front of 98 - 114 Primrose Road the trees are overgrown and are blocking the streetlamps. This is a safety issue when dark. Please resolve. This has been flagged previously and no action has been taken.
