Crossing button stuck down

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4456619.

The lights turn red every 30 seconds and the crossing beep goes off as if someone is constantly pressing the button. This has been happening repeatedly since 6am this morning, can someone please come and look at it
