Bush branches blocking the view

Dear Bromley,
The issue at this junction as it can be seen on the photos is that the branches of the vegetation on the street corner is blocking the view of drivers wanting to turn on to London road coming from Spencer road. If they would be trimmed and better kept they would not block the view, and thus cause a serious safety issue for road users. So I would like to request that Bromley council takes necessary action to address and solve this issue, before it becomes a more serious matter.
