Lights out of sequence again

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4457032.

Please fix this continuous problem. Traffic lights out of sequence again Hacton lane/Wingletyne Lane have to wait through 2 green light sequences for Upminster Road and 2 green light sequences for the pedestrians before it goes green for Hacton Lane/Wingletyne Lane.
