Traffic chaos

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4459000.

The traffic is at a near standstill effecting everything and everyone.I believe this work is continuing until January.Needs to be replanned as this is totally unacceptable.Doctors,nurses,emergency vehicles,businesses and the general public are dangerous seriously effective.
