Good Morning Could they please help with the disaster that is Tolworth roundabout,
Putting aside the delays to travel times including council services, access to Knollmead School and the buses, the even more serious point is the blocking of the access roads onto the Sunray estate by the congestion and queuing traffic, the emergency services would have little to no chance of attending in an acceptable time, with the worst case result perhaps even being the loss of life due to the delays.
Can I ask if these points was covered in your risk assessment and if so what was the plan to elevate this risk.
