Embarrassing situation

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4459591.

Absolute joke, 2 hours to get back from Kingston to tolworth. My wife couldn't get to work at all. Poor planning in place. Impossible for anyone to get around just embarassing.
