Roadworks causing maximum disruption

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4460041.

Yesterday was the start of the roadworks which had not been advertised on the roads, it was utter chaos. Every entry / exit from tolworth roundabout, Ewell road, Kingston road and A3 was tail backed. It took me 40 mins to just GET OFF the junction at A3 making me late from work to collect my children. There was no prior warning of these roadworks and they CANNOT continue like this until January. Why aren’t you doing this at night!???? This Morning 19th April was exactly the same - tailbacks to esher and Ewell. You need to rethink this and fast!!!!!! Fix it quickly!!
