Traffic jam on the road

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4460753.

Apart from traffic congestion,delay getting to doctors, ambulance delays, work,Shool,Sunray estate just about cut off. Also interchange between busses and trains at Tolworth Station stopped. Also delay to busses and difficulty in getting to shops.
