Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4461599.

The road works around the Tolworth roundabout are having a knock on effect for MILES around the local area. A 20 minute journey now takes over an hour at rush hour times and buses are unable to stick to timetables. People are using back streets and speeding due to the inconvenience. Who thought these plans were okay? Are they coherent in mind? Do they know the local area even? It doesn’t appear to be the case.
