Roadworks causing gridlock on residential roads

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4461755.

Gridlock being caused by roadworks on Sunray Estate, Tolworth, causing some cars to drive on pavements to be able to access their homes. The route is used frequently by pedestrians so a heightened chance of an accident. The Sunray Estate is being made practically impassable. I am extremely concerned for some of my vulnerable elderly friends - should anyone need emergency services there is a high chance a vehicle will not get through. This is a safeguarding and health and safety issue and not sustainable.
