Bus Shelter light not working (Grove Road, Chadwell Heath High Road) RM6

I reported this Bus Shelter light which hasn't been working from December last year (year 2022). The Ref number for that report was, FMS 4048641. You guys are saying that it’s been fixed when it still hasn't. I have also reported a couple more bus shelter lights which haven't been working for a very long time and again you guys are saying that they have been fixed. Someone is not doing their job properly! They are misleading you and the public by saying that it’s been fixed when it hasn't. I have noticed on your system; other people have also mentioned the same thing. They are re- reporting the repair, when you guys are saying that it’s been fixed. Needs to be investigated ASAP!!! Many thanks
