Traffic lights in every direction at a major junction are all out.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4470662.

Unaware of how long the issue has been going on for, but the lights are all out at the major T junction on the high road. Cars are going at the same time in all four directions. Accident is likely to occur
