These new lights are causing traffic queues and chaos from riefield road to welling way. Causing chaos!

At the junction of Welling Way and Rochester way the new traffic lights are causing long queues from Riefield road to welling way causing chaos. They change too quick when turning right. What was wrong with old lights??
