I need to make a claim as my car was badly damaged but I have not been able to establish contact with TFL, Can I please have the expropriate contact number that I can call as the 0343 222 1234 is useless. I have been trying to call the number for two days now and I have had no joy as all the options are irrelevant to what I need, and no one can help you. It feeld like looking for Ryan Air rather that FLT shame

Bromley Council, please advise how we can get a specific update on this, rather than just copy-and-paste template responses, which we know are being rolled out as a delaying tactic. Do we need to submit a freedom of information request to find out which contractors you use and what timescales have been discussed / set in place? This has gone on for way too long now and it needs to be escalated: you need to provide some transparency in terms of timescales because residents aren't willing to put up with this any longer.

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. We have investigated this, and it has now been referred to our contractors. If the defect is confirmed as a safety issue, it will be made safe within 24 hours. A permanent repair, if needed will be carried out during our next programmed works for the area, or sooner if we can. Please also be aware that, all Action Scheduled reports are automatically closed after 28 days. However, the fault will be fixed within this timescale, which may be sooner, or in a few cases take a little longer
