Bus stop is not closed but drivers are not stopping due to road works blocking the bus stop

Bus stop does not display any closed signs on plan closures. arrivals are still appearing on the screen and on my phone app and nothing is signifying bus stop is closed but road works have put a vehicle in the way of the stop and multiple cones along the bus lane so the buses aren’t able to stop and so are driving past. I’m late for work because of this.
