Intermittent phase fault

George lane lights were going into a mode that meant coming out of george lane and heading towards snaresbrook/ilford was a 90second wait, now that mode has turned into a 150second(2.5minute) wait Its doing it after 1am as far as i can tell, maybe earlier as my leader said he got the same at roughly 0050
