Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4490058.

4 way Temporary Traffic Lights Timings are causing a back up of traffic all the way down to Smugglers Way where people have been stuck in traffic for 4+ hours. Since 15:00 till 19:00 and still no movement in traffic.
