Noisy and air polution

Dear TFL.

I recently had a letter to say work will start on the A3 near New Malden and there may be some noise and vibration.

Last night a van was parked on the grass right outside my house with a generator running for maybe an hour.

The noise was excessive so i went outside to see where it was coming from and got a lungful of smoke from the running van/generator.

The van was then moved to the grass on the other side of the subway.

Considering in August this area will be in the expanded ULEZ zone i was quite surprised by the fumes.

Will this be allowed after this time?

I attach a photo of the damage to the freshly cut grass on the corner of the A3 and South Lane done by the van,which could have been avoided by using the perfectly good road a few feet away.
