Ref 4489349

Reported via Android in the Lamp out (traffic lights) category anonymously at 11:24, Thursday 27 April 2023

Sent to TfL 4 hours, 42 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS4492232.

Hi.

Yesterday I reported on here two traffic lights out on Putney Bridge approach with the junction of Lower Richmond Road, I even included a photograph.

For some reason I got an email back saying there was no fault at this location and I needed to include a picture, which I did.

Please can you send the traffic light engineers out to put the bridge approach at the junction of Lower Richmond Road where they will find two lots of traffic lights not working at all.

Thanks.

  • Please note that there are 2 sets of lights that are not working: 1: The set that include a pedestrian crossing from the church to the middle of the road 2: The set of lights on the bridge 20 metres away which allow the buses to cross the traffic - one of these is broken also - looks like it was hit by a vehicle.

  • Hi, I reported this before Easter. Why is a fix taking so long. This is really dangerous for people walking.

  • This is still in hand with ducting issues that are to be fixed which is being regularly chased to get attended. The works require Permits to be raised to be undertaken and is in hand with another department to get attended. MF
