Trees need pollarding

From reading this website, there are already numerous reports and complaints that the trees along Chelsea Embankment need to be pruned and pollarded. Please see the attached image when the branches are beginning to encroach on buildings. Please confirm when this work will be done and please understand TfL will be liable for any damage. The image related to the tree directly in front of 4 Chelsea Embankment.
