Traffic lights

As explained previously the traffic lights often get stuck on red creating rail backs. I know this has been investigated on a number of occasions and obviously at the time of the investigation it works well but as I live nearby I can often see the tail backs and get caught up at the red lights. This does create a danger as traffic often ends up going through the red light unable to see what is coming the other way
