Blocked drain.this keeps on happening after rain fall

193 Mile End Rd, Stepney Green, London E1 4AA It's outside the co op in Stepney. I've reported this to TFL. THEY SAY IT DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT YOU. Please can the drain be fixed. This is a re occurring problem
I reported this a while back and it was supposed to have been fixed on 18th April (that's what the report says) .....however on 28th April it was blocked again. Are you sure it was fixed the first time ?????

If the blocked drain is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days.
