Roadwork barriers and sandbags left on pavements

Following the completion of roadworks on Cheam Road, barriers and sandbags have been left outside number 171 Cheam Road, these are causing an obstruction to residents and pedestrians, and need to be removed ASAP.

  • Ocation: outside 171 Cheam Road Sutton SM1 2BT Drain works on the A232 red route outside our property were completed almost a month ago and the barriers and bags of sand are still leaning against our front wall. At times they have slipped across the pedestrian pathway and I have picked them up. Not my responsibility! Conway is the name on the barriers. No one asked if these barriers could be put against our wall and now we are waiting to have our hedge cut ( it is on top of this wall) which can’t be done until they are removed. Please arrange removal asap. I understand my neighbour has already reported this to you and nothing has happened.
