Loose Granite Slab

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect (uneven surface / cracked paving slab) category anonymously at 10:47, Thursday 4 May 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4516033.

The granite cross beam supporting the tarmac between Salisbury Road and theA316 remains loose and is therefore dangerous to both drivers and pedestrians. This fault was notified to you a couple of weeks ago and still no action. The slab rises and falls every time a vehicle passes over it. It is also proud of the surface so any tyres going across it is likely to receive damage. If you are not capable of handling this complaint could you not at least pass the matter to Richmond Council who I am sure could repair the damage faster than you.
