Raised Broken Pavement
Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect (uneven surface / cracked paving slab) category anonymously at 10:15, Friday 5 May 2023
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4519965.
Last Thursday on my lunch break, I fell over in Commercial Street on a raised broken pavement. The location is the corner of Petticoat lane and commercial street opposite the Culpepper pub. I fell on that corner by the phonebox / big tree. I was forced to leave the office and go home early as I sustained various injuries. I would like to see these pavements fixed as that whole corner they are in a terrible state, loose slabs all over and if it was an elderly person you would have far worse injuries on your hands. I would also like some compensation for this.
