Traffic lights stuck on red if single car present

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4529877.

Light only changes if more than one car is waiting on New Warren Lane. We have sat for 8+ minutes regularly later at night until another car pulls up behind us, at which point the light changes. Clearly an issue with the sensor.
