Pedestrians taking risks not waiting

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4535525.

There have been a number of close calls from pedestrians not waiting for the lights, Either they get stuck occasionally or they don't work at all. It's just that I've seen young people run across the road after waiting. very dangerous as car speed up after coming off the Redbridge roundabout.
