Countdown unit not working

Countdown Unit not showing live arrivals of bus times & hasnt been available for a long period of time

  • I first reported the Countdown not working in November 2022 - no reference number given. Re-reported by another person - 16/4/23 Checked on 10/5/23 - countdown still not working.
