Faulty trafick lights - 5 sec only!

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4538569.

Something has changed few days ago - the traffic lights at the junction (51.362742, -0.168347) Park Hill and Carshalton Road/B271 allows only 5 sec to pass through.

There is a lot of school kids not able to cross the road, 5 sec green causes lots of road rage and unnecessary conjunction. It wasn't like this for last few years so definitely something has changed - it is dangerous to the road users. It is a busy junction please resolve asap.
