Resident report of Low and unmaintained tree, shrub and grass growth obstructing walkway between Blake Hall Road and Green Man Roundabout. TFL property asset map confirms numerous TFL freehold records for footpath including 13859. TFL have confirmed to LB Redbridge that it is TFL maintained.
