Jackhammer at midnight

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4546006.

I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding the noise last night from roadworks.

It was seen fit by someone to permit the use of a jackhammer from 11pm until the early hours of the morning.

Please could this be responded to as a matter of priority as this is completely unacceptable and kept many of the residents up on a work night.
