No live bus arrival information

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4546654.
None of the buses in my area are showing live departure times, and going by the static timetable is incorrect. I can't find any information anywhere about why there's no buses, it is incredibly frustrating as I depend on buses to get me to work. I've tried the tfl app, the website, citymapper, just about everything I can think of, but nothing is giving me the times. Specifically, this is for routes 113,260,and 460. Please can this be highlighted as an issue, as this happens at least once a week where I just have to wait and guess.
