Traffic light is stuck on red/timings are out

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4546859.

The lights on Windmill Road (junction with Battersea Rise) seemed to be stuck on red with cars travelling along North Side Wandsworth Common/Battersea Rise going through traffic cycles without these lights turning green.
