Debris and Dust in Northbound Tunnel

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4551600.

Lots of dust and debris inside the north bound Blackwall Tunnel, right hand side of the carriageway. This was being kicked up by traffic causing visibility to be greatly reduced. Visibility was reduced to about 25m inside the tunnel.
