03/091 - Overgrown foliage from trees situated outside 131-137 Holloway Road are obscuring the vision of the nearside traffic signal at the pedestrian crossing on the northern-most side of the junction at A1 HOLLOWAY ROAD - MADRAS PLACE - FIELDWAY CRESCENT. Requires foliage to be cut back ASAP.
