324 bus not showing at promised times

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4577583.

I take the bus regularly, and it NEVER arrives on time. Sometimes it doesn’t arrive at all. It is honestly infuriating, I am waiting on the bus too from 18.25, the bus is supposed to arrive at 18.29 and it didn’t show up at all. It is always like this.
