Light stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4577810.
The right turn filter light into Welling Way is stuck on red. I waited for 2 changes of light and the light was stuck on red.

The right turn filter is working, but doesn't let mire than 3 or 4 vehicles through, which causes a massive queue back to Lingfield Crescent. This leads to vehicles jumping the red light or using the middle lane and then cutting in to turn right. The sequence needs to be altered or this new system will cause more accidents than it will prevent.

The lights are appalling since you put in new ones t welling way and Rochester way, the old system worked so much better, you now have traffic right back to the bridge
