Right filter to turn from woolwich road into knee hill stuck on red

Sent to TfL 1 hour, 12 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS4580960.

The traffic signal isnt working properly. Again this morning, at @ 8.15 it was stuck on red. When it doe eventually work, it literally only lets 3 cars through at a time which means there is a lot of traffic sitting at the lights waiting to turn right.
