PBU on pole 13 covered in pigeon excrement, pole cap covered with pigeon fouling, as pole located under the bridge, also protective net is damaged so pigeons are nesting under the bridge, see photo attached, Dead carcasses were found in the netting. Needs attendance to get rid of vermin and clean and repair.
